Lecture´s Description

Recombinant DNA and Plasmids

In this lecture ´´Recombinant DNA: Construction and Expression´´ is explained. Section one is about ‘‘Recombinant DNA and Plasmids’’. In the very first slide of this section, educator gives an overview of components of a cloning vector. After that light is shed on plasmids. This is followed by discussion of origin of replication. Cloning
